Sixth-generation cousins Kristian Ewers and Johan Otto Ewers are preparing to carry one of Denmark’s oldest family-owned agricultural companies into the future. As heirs to Brødr. Ewers — the Sønderborg-based grain and feed business founded in 1848 — they represent the next chapter in a family enterprise that has remained under Ewers family ownership for more than 175 years. Both are already involved in the company, continuing a tradition built on close ties to Danish agriculture and long-term family stewardship.
