Danish General Election 2022

On the evening of the 2022 general election, Christiansborg Palace became the centre of Danish politics as party leaders, journalists, campaign staff, and supporters gathered to follow the results that would shape the country’s next government. The election took place at a time marked by war in Europe, rising inflation, and political uncertainty, while inside Christiansborg the atmosphere shifted throughout the night between anticipation, tension, celebration, and disappointment as results arrived from across Denmark.
