Chocolate Master Ole Vile Pedersen has spent more than 60 years crafting and selling chocolate. At 84, the founder of the family-owned Danish company Ole Chokolade still takes part in the daily work himself — from production and packaging to bookkeeping. Since establishing the company in Kolding in 1966, Pedersen has remained committed to traditional craftsmanship and quality chocolate made by hand.
